Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy is 48 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or reduce the number of players in your group, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your tee time. If the tee time is not cancelled in the 48-hour window you will be charged. Please make sure to ask for cancellation number when cancelling.

Spa at Silverado Reservations:

Advanced reservations are recommended. To reserve your services, please call 707.257.5555 or book online at silveradoresort.com.

All spa services require a valid credit card to hold the appointment. Appointments booked on Saturday and Sunday are priced at a higher rate. If you have any questions or would like to book couples massages or half day packages, please call us directly.

Arrival for Spa Appointments:

While we suggest arriving 30 to 60 minutes prior to your service to enjoy our amenities, including a jacuzzi, eucalyptus steam room and tranquility lounge, we ask that you arrive a minimum of 20 minutes prior to your service to allow time to check in. Each service will start and end according to the time reserved. To accommodate all our guests as scheduled, late arrivals will receive the balance remaining in treatment time ~ Full charge of service will still apply.

Medical Condition:

We respect the health of our guests. If you have a medical condition, please consult with your physician prior to receiving spa treatments. Please inform us if you are an expectant mother.

Spa Age Requirements:

We welcome guests 16 years or older.

Staff Charge:

Spa menu prices are inclusive of a 22% staff charge which is distributed 100% to, and divided among spa team members. Any additional gratuity provided is distributed 100% to your practitioner. Groups of 10 or more - 24% staff charge is applied.

Cancellation Policy:

Please provide a 24-hour notice should you need to cancel an appointment. The full cost of services will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours or no-show appointments. On-line reservation cancellations must be done by calling the spa directly at 707-257-5555.

Considerations & Valuable:

To preserve our tranquil environment. The spa is a cell phone, pet, and smoke free environment. Service dogs will require proper documentation and must be with you are all times in non-restricted areas. Treatments rooms, Locker Rooms, Spa Pool, and Fitness Center are considered restricted areas. Please avoid bringing jewelry and other valuables to the Spa. We are not responsible for valuables that are lost or left at the Spa.

Alcohol:

For your safety - Guests who appear to be or admit to intoxication may be declined service.
